Registration Rates

Note:  If the credit card you hold is not on a Canadian dollar account, the charge you see on your statement (in your own currency) will reflect the currency exchange, and (if applicable) any charges your bank may levy for international transactions. 

* Full time students registered at a recognized high school, college or university at the time of submission of your abastract and/or at the time of registration.

**In response to strong demand, we are revising our policy on the attendance of local community members who are presenters.  If a minimum of two presenters for a given presentation have registered for the full conference, we will permit up to two local community members to participate in the presentation as co-presenters without having to pay a registration fee.  If the local community co-presenters wish to attend other conference sessions or events, they must register for the conference.

The regular and student registration rates include (with the evening activities optional):

• Conference fees for three days and four evenings.
• Spectacular theatre performances by MT Space and DodoLab.
• Appetizers at the Opening Plenary.
• Three tasty lunches.
• Banquet dinner with a thought-provoking performance by ICASP and the CCPH Awards presentations.
• Public transportation from Wilfrid Laurier University to community sites around the Waterloo region.
• "A Night in the Park" multi-cultural community party with live music, dancing, craft vendors, local cuisine and more!
• The opportunity to gather together with community leaders and academics from around the world!

We reserve the right to refuse any registration (e.g., if a credit card has been refused twice while trying to register).
